The Foundation supports students who have demonstrated high academic performance since school.

In 2025, scholarships of the President of Ukraine were launched for those who became prize-winners and winners of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiads in the 11th grade and decided to continue their studies in Ukrainian higher education institutions.

Students who became winners of the IV stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiads in the 11th grade (received diplomas of I–III degrees) and entered a full-time form of a Ukrainian higher education institution can receive a scholarship.

The amount of the scholarship depends on the level of achievements in the national educational arena:

Diploma of III degree - 5,000 UAH/month

Diploma of II degree - 10,000 UAH/month

Diploma of I degree - 15,000 UAH/month

Scholarships will be paid monthly for one academic year. The total number of scholarships is 300.

The Scholarship of the President of Ukraine is awarded to participants and prize-winners of international student Olympiads.

Students who, while in the 11th grade of a general secondary education institution, represented Ukraine at international student Olympiads, enrolled in full-time studies at a higher education institution in Ukraine and concluded a study agreement can receive a scholarship.
Prize-winners of international student Olympiads — 25,000 UAH per month;

Participants of international student Olympiads — 10,000 UAH per month.

Payments will be made during the first year of study. The total number of scholarships is 150.

This initiative is part of the state strategy to support intellectually gifted youth so that the strongest students have the opportunity to develop and realize their potential in Ukraine.

For those students who, according to the results of the National Test, received at least 185 points in each subject, the Foundation of the President of Ukraine has introduced a scholarship of the President of Ukraine in the amount of 10,000 UAH per month

Graduates who have enrolled in full-time studies at a professional pre-higher or higher education institution in Ukraine and have concluded a study contract will be able to receive a scholarship.
Payments will be made during the calendar year. The scholarship will be paid during one calendar year. The number of such scholarships is 400.
